Cancellation Policy

The Aberdeen Escape Room is excited to announce a Halloween festive event! We will have two rooms available for Halloween weekend, from Thursday to Sunday night. Please book your timeslot as soon as possible, as availability is limited. If you're unsure of the exact time you'd like to book, feel free to select a time you think will work best. As the date approaches, you can always call us to adjust your booking, depending on availability. Please note that all sales are final. If you need to cancel, you can transfer your booking to a different day or a different escape room in the future. Your purchase will then be converted into a gift card. All Halloween escape rooms require an adult to make the booking. An adult must be present for the duration of the escape experience, whether they choose to stay in the lobby or participate in the game. Participants must provide allergy information to the game master before starting, especially for serious allergies like peanuts, as some candy may be produced in facilities that handle peanuts. Candy is given for solving puzzles, and an additional treat is provided at the end for those who successfully escape!
