I have some screenshots to send you. I need you to log the client in the assignment date. The course will always be today and should already be pre-filled. Please review the message to confirm the date you should use. If there is no date mentioned, please put it in the client's notes. Also, please include the main points of the text message conversation. The first round of clients I'm sending you do not have any information in the system, so please add as much information as possible to the client section.

To ensure a smooth setup and soundcheck, please follow these instructions: 1. Arrive at the location at 4 PM sharp. 2. Immediately start setting up the sound equipment. 3. Set up the following items for the church setting: - Place two speakers. - Set up the soundboard. - Arrange the keyboard and mic. - Position the mic stand in the back with the rest of the mics. - Ensure that the batteries in the mics are working. 4. Refer to the illustrated stage map for directions on placement. 5. Position the monitor closer to the soundboard. 6. Place the soundboard close to the middle, but off to the side to avoid obstruction. 7. Make sure all wiring is not visible or neatly wrapped along the walls or behind objects. 8. Aim for a clean and professional look, considering the aesthetics for pictures and overall presentation. 9. Keep in mind that we may need to make adjustments even after the initial setup, so don't feel discouraged if changes are necessary. 10. Once the sound setup is complete, locate the extension cord and plug in the iron. 11. Set the iron to steam mode and use it to remove wrinkles from the curtains. Be cautious not to touch the curtains directly with the iron. 12. Soundcheck should begin promptly at 5:30 PM. 13. Ensure that all equipment is running and ready to play.
